Our cattle are raised the way nature intended—on open pasture, grazing diverse grasses and forage their entire lives. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, meaning the animals are never grain finished and are allowed to grow at their natural pace while living low-stress lives on healthy Vermont pasture. Our goal is simple: to reconnect people with their food and the farmers who raise it.
